Junto Mentors was built on a simple but powerful idea: founders and owners make better decisions with greater clarity and confidence when guided by multiple voices, not just one.
The program assembles highly vetted Mentor Teams of two to five seasoned operators, entrepreneurs, and executives who bring diverse perspectives to support small businesses and startups in navigating challenges, sharpening decision-making, and accelerating meaningful progress.
Each mentor is personally vetted, invited, and trained in a structured methodology designed to keep conversations practical, focused, and actionable.
Junto Mentors is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization headquartered in Boulder CO, founded by Raman Chadha, with leadership support from Rob McLennan in Boulder and Roy Stansbury in Chicago.

Complete a short application. If selected, you'll meet with our team for an intake conversation to discuss your business, current challenges, and goals.
We build a highly vetted, thoughtfully matched Mentor Team of 2–5 experienced operators, curated to provide relevant, practical guidance based on your industry, market, and functional needs.
Begin with 3 initial sessions at no cost to ensure a strong fit. From there, continue with 9 additional sessions through an affordable, revenue-based contribution aligned with our non-profit mission.
